We all know the basic equation for weight loss is eating less food + more exercise = lose of weight.  Regrettably it’s difficult to keep the weight off and it has now been documented that diets often don’t work in the long term.  Even in Weight Watchers’ own studies the average person will reduce their body weight by around 5% after six months, but within two years a third of that will return.
